What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, e-mail, phone number if you give it, the topic and what you write. For investor enquiries also your organisation and country, if you give them. We do not ask for anything else on this site.
Why
To answer your message and, if you are an owner, to prepare a proposal (our legitimate interest and your request), and to keep the site safe from abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long
We keep a message as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who sees it
Our team, and the providers that run the site and our e-mail on our behalf (hosting, database, e-mail). They act on our instructions.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, under Moroccan law 09-08 and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR. Write to us; you may also complain to the CNDP in Morocco or to your own data protection authority.
